Mr. Ocholi is an Economist, a stockbroker and a Banker with over three decades of experience in the Nigerian Economy. After building an impressive banking career in NAL Merchant Bank Limited (Now Sterling Bank Plc) between 1976 and 1986, he led a group of investors to promote Rims Securities Limited (now Lighthouse Asset Management Limited). He was appointed the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Rims Merchant Bank Limited following the promotion of that bank by Lighthouse Asset Management, a post he held until 1994 when he relinquished the executive function to pursue other interests. He is on the Kaduna/Kano/Yola Branch Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and a member of the Investment and Securities Tribunal (IST); the specialist court that adjudicates on matters relating to the Nigerian Capital market. Mr. Ocholi is also a member of the Board of the Bank of Industry the foremost development finance institution – owned jointly by Federal Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Mr. Olore has over fifteen years postgraduate working experience in both commercial and merchant banking, having worked with First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and Rims Merchant Bank Limited, where he rose to a senior management position. He had a brief stint in Indo-Nigerian Merchant Bank Limited after which he joined FBC Trust & Securities Limited in July 1999 as the General Manager. He took the company from the start up of operations and placed it on the path of sustainable growth. During his banking career, he attended various banking courses in Nigeria and Overseas. Mr. Olore has a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance. He is an alumnus of Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, United Kingdom, a Chartered Stockbroker and an authorized dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Mr. Olore is head of Stockbroking.

Mr. Oladapo is a seasoned Investment Banker, Trainer, Management and Project Consultant, with varied experience in the Money Market, Capital Market and Real Estate sectors of the economy. Mr. Oladapo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACITN). He possesses a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (1st Class Hon.) degree in Accounting from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, Nigeria and also holds an MBA. After a brief stay as Audit Trainee and Audit Senior in the chartered firm of Ambrose Ikpefua & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in Benin-City, he started his working career in the academia as lecturer at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), where he worked for five years. He later worked with the international firm of Coopers & Lybrand Associates as Management Consultant before joining Rims Merchant Bank where he rose to the position of General Manager/Acting CEO.He has attended many seminars, workshops and training courses local and international. He is a director in few other companies.

Mr. Adejo was appointed Executive Director of the company on 4th March 2004, with responsibility for Northern Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) with honours from the University of Maiduguri and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar. He holds a Master of Law Degree (LLM) graduating from the University of Lagos with bias in Secured Credits Transaction and Comparative Company Laws. Until his appointment, he was the Principal Partner of Pindar, Adejo and Co. He has a wealth of experience in Legal practice and in Business. He was once a Lecturer in Law and member of several academics and allied committee.

Mr. Balogun is one of the top Managers in Shell Petroleum Development Company, (SDPC) Nigeria, and responsible for their gas projects including the West African Gas Pipeline Project. A Mechanical Engineer by training, he has over 35 years experience in the petroleum industry during which he has acquired considerable competences in various aspects of the industry including human resources management, information technology and the Gas business which he presently heads in Shell! He sits on the board of several companies.

Engr.Onuche Ocholi is a graduate of Cambridge University, he holds a first class honours (B.A.Hons) in Engineering and a Masters in Electrical and Information Sciences. He is an alumni of Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he under took an undergraduate programme which resulted in a remarkable GPA that earned him first class honours. Presently he is a consultant with Analysys Mason, a telecom, IT and Media Consulting group based in Washington.

Mrs. Abashiya is an Economist and Industrialist with over 32 years experience in the Nigerian Economy. She holds B.Sc. Degree in Economics from the University of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1971 and Masters of Public Administration, Harvard University, USA in 1985 with specialization in Economics. Prior to joining NIDB (now Bank of Industry), she had several years of work experience in the Nigerian Civil Service. She anchored the promotion by NIDB of the Leasing Company of Nigeria which she still heads as its Managing Director and Chief Executive. She has authored several books and is a member of several Professional Bodies including Leasing Association of Africa (AFRILEASE) of which she is chairman. She is on the Board of several companies.

A business administrator, he is a senior management staff of NDDC, based in Kaduna. He sits on the board of many companies.

An accomplished banker, Mr. Yaro is the managing consultant with Cornerstone Consultants Limited and a Director of Universal Trust Bank Plc, a publicly quoted bank with many branches in the country. Prior to this he was an Executive Director with Continental Merchant Bank Plc (formerly Chase Merchant Bank) where he developed a banking career spanning over 17 years. He is also on the board of several companies including International Borich Limited and Excel Insurance Brokers Limited.
